Electronic Payments for Taxes

As part of our commitment to providing citizens with efficient, convenient service, the Newaygo County Treasurer has partnered with Official Payments to offer payment of delinquent taxes over the Internet at www.officialpayments.com and by telephone by calling 1-800-2PAY-TAX^sm (1-800-272-9829).  

Visa^®, MasterCard^®, American Express^®, and Discover^® credit and debit cards are accepted.  Electronic Checks are also accepted over the Internet.  Please note: No Electronic Checks will be accepted on parcels in forfeiture after December 31.

Official Payments, the service provider, charges a convenience fee for payment processing.

NOTICE:  PAYOFF AMOUNTS ARE CURRENT AS OF 4:00 PM ON THE PREVIOUS BUSINESS DAY.  AT MONTH-END WE RECOMMEND CALLING THE TREASURER'S OFFICE AT (231) 689-7230 FOR THE CORRECT PAYOFF AMOUNT.
