JURISDICTION
Probate Court exercises jurisdiction over the
probating of wills and of the administration of estates of deceased persons, guardianships and conservatorship
for minors and incapacitated individuals, guardianships for developmentally
disabled individuals and commitments for hospital care of mentally ill persons.

Weekdays Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
