The COUNTY OF NEWAYGO Prescription Discount Card is:

 

  • Valuable. This program has “lowest price” logic to guarantee that you get the best price on your prescriptions.
  • Easy. There are no claim forms to fill out and no annual fee to pay.
  • Convenient. There are over 50,000 participating retail pharmacies nationwide, and several Newaygo County pharmacies.

 

Everyone is eligible!

  • No income requirements
  • No age requirements
  • Cards for each family member
  • No expiration date

 

To get your Prescription Discount Card:  Enter your name and e-mail below and the system will generate a printable membership card for you.  If you have no email address, enter none in this field.  You may create as many cards as you need.  This card is pre-activated and can be used immediately.

Individuals wishing to obtain a physical card may do so in person at the County Administration Office or other participating local government office, or by forwarding a self-addressed, stamped envelope with their request to the:
