Senior Citizen/Handicap Home Repair

This program is for the purchase of materials to do necessary home repairs

Program Requirements:

• Must be 60 or over , or be disabled
• Must be low income (50% median or less)
• Minimum 1 year residency of property needing home repair
• Must be owner-occupant of property
• Assets cannot exceed $5,000 in value
• Maximum grant is $500 for materials only
• Property taxes must be current
• 3 material estimated required (unless determined an emergency)
• Homeowner responsible for labor to be performed
