An individual may search Death and Marriage records at no charge. Due
to limited space, genealogists will be allowed to work in the office on
a first-come, first-serve basis. A time limit may be necessary due to
various circumstances. The office is not open for research during
the noon hour. No children are allowed.Birth records for genealogy are only available when the birth
occurred 100 years ago, or more, to any applicant. A birth record that
is less than 100 years old can only be obtained by an heir-with proof of
death.
Only certified copies of records can be purchased.
