The County Clerk maintains the Circuit Court Clerk's Office at the
Courthouse located at 1092 Newell St, White Cloud, MI 49349.
The Clerk is responsible for maintaining civil, criminal, domestic,
custody and support, and personal protection order files for circuit
court.
The Circuit Court Clerk's Office accepts new case filings, case
pleadings, performs record searches, and issues certified copies of
documents.
Court-ordered documents on criminal matters are prepared; and payment
of court-ordered restitution, costs, and fines are accepted at the Circuit
Court Clerk's Office. Processing bond refunds for criminal matters begins
at the Circuit Court Clerk's Office. Preparation of abstract records of
conviction vehicle immobilization are prepared and sent to the Secretary
of State for lein entry.
